Cancellations And Refunds
1. Cancellations
- Project cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to: admin@instinctive.studio.
- If a project is cancelled before work has commenced, any advance payment (after deducting applicable transaction charges) may be refunded.
- If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the client will be billed for the portion of work completed up to the cancellation date. Any remaining balance, if applicable, will be refunded.
2. Refunds
- Payments once made are generally non-refundable due to the customized nature of our services.
- Refunds may be issued only in exceptional cases, at the sole discretion of Instinctive Studio.
- In cases of duplicate, accidental, or erroneous payments, refunds will be processed after internal verification.
3. Refund Timelines
- Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment, subject to the timelines and policies of your bank or payment provider.
4. Disputes
- For billing, payment errors, or refund-related concerns, please contact us at admin@instinctive.studio.
- We will coordinate with you and our payment partner (Razorpay) to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
